Paul Chisholm is a veteran of the shopping center construction and development industry, having worked in it for the past 40 years.  Mr. Chisholm spent 30 years with the grocer Winn Dixie, serving in various capacities including Senior Director of Store Maintenance, Construction, and Purchasing.

 

Working with Michael Leeds over the past 11 years, he has developed numerous Publix anchored shopping centers, freestanding retail projects, and other commercial projects.

 

Mr. Chisholm has an expansive mechanical background, with hundreds of retail establishments developed under his direction.  In addition, he has been instrumental in the design, administration and execution of redevelopment projects throughout the Southeastern United States.

 

Paul is an avid fisherman and hunter, and loves spending time with his family including 5 grandchildren.
